Yesterday was a good day.
You know how when you were in high school and you get to school and there's a sub? You know that euphoric feeling that you got just for that one hour 'cause you didn't really have to work on anything? Yeah it was one of those days. The whole day with that fun euphoric feeling, granted it was planned and not quite as jovial as the sub day but pretty doggone close.
Started with a little "we" time on the couch watching old episodes of Chuck and whatever else was on our DVR. From there we got up and did a couple laps around the park both running and walking with the "little monkey." After that there was some boiling of eggs, coloring of eggs and some planning of the vaca coming up in Sept/Oct. Then we did a little more walking around the neighborhood and ended with some sleeping on the busted up couch as a family, good times. Good day!
